lekkersim.add_structure_to_monitors(structure: Structure, name: str = 'Monitor') → None

Add structure to the ones to be monitored for internal modes. It effects the active solver

Parameters:

  • structure (Structure) – structure to be added

  • name (string) – name to the associated with this monitor. Default is ‘Monitor’
